Professional Visit within our Erasmus+ ADU Project in collaboration with Skupina Primera

Between October 27 and 31, we hosted our invited expert within our awarded ADU project (2025-1-HU01-KA122-ADU-000343279), Blanka Tacer, co-founder of the Slovenian educational organization Skupina Primera. The main goal of the project was to prepare our organization to become an Erasmus+ hosting institution, while developing our colleagues’ intercultural, language, and trainer competences. We also aimed to learn best practices that help us design and deliver more effective and inspiring courses.

Throughout the visit, we worked on several exciting topics such as course development and design, the implementation of Erasmus quality standards, and active learning and collaborative methods. Blanka shared a wealth of valuable insights with us and helped us better understand how to align our trainings with participants’ real needs and the principles of Erasmus+. We explored innovative methodologies such as World Café and design thinking, and gained new ideas for making our trainings more interactive and engaging.

As a result of the visit, our team gained a renewed perspective and stronger professional foundation in course development. We created a more structured and innovative course design concept, which we plan to apply across several future trainings. The experience was not only professionally inspiring but also strengthened our confidence that we are ready to take an active role as an international partner and hosting organization within the Erasmus+ community. It was also a great step towards a successful ADU project closure.
