Profession Star 2024
 

The most prestigious national event of vocational training in Hungary, the Profession Star Festival, took place between April 24th and 25th, 2024. This year's event was once again hosted by Hungexpo, where organizers welcomed visitors with demonstrations and entertaining programs on an area of ​​18,000 m2. The aim of the event was to provide visitors with a comprehensive picture of the respective professions through the interactive programs of the exhibitors. The program is primarily intended to facilitate career choice for elementary school students.

The event also hosted the finals of the National Professional Competitions which interested parties could also follow on-site. Nearly 9,000 students from 60 professions signed up for the competitions, and about 200 students competed in the finals.



The event was realized with the contribution of the National Chamber of Agriculture, thanks to which this year 21 agricultural professions were also presented at the festival. The National Chamber of Agriculture considers it a priority to promote and familiarize young people with its vocational training.

Our team also attended the event this year, where through numerous interactive and creative tasks, we could gain a more comprehensive understanding of the various professions and their specific characteristics.
