Two of our colleagues visited our partner organization, FMTS, based in Italy, from April 2nd to 4th. The purpose of the visit was to develop existing partnerships, observe and adopt best practices, and exchange experiences.



The company, headquartered in Salerno, has an extensive network in the Erasmus+ field and possesses expertise and various best practices in numerous areas thanks to its wide range of services. The partnership with the company began last year, and we had already welcomed the Italian delegation in person at our Budapest office. Establishing contact with them was of strategic importance for our company, as we can collaborate with a partner who has exceptional experience in hosting foreign groups.

During the visit, our colleagues had the opportunity to view accommodations where incoming groups stay during their visit. They also gained insight into the organizational processes related to providing accommodation and catering.



Following this, our colleagues visited various practical sites at the company's headquarters, including a training kitchen and a pastry workshop, and learned about the tasks and workplaces of different departments. The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss the details of future cooperation, as three groups will soon be arriving from the UK within the framework of the Turing programme. Additionally, the discussion offered an excellent chance to compare Hungarian and Italian work cultures to some extent and to ensure that such meetings are good opportunities for mutual learning.

During their stay, our colleagues also took a trip to the Amalfi Coast, where they enjoyed the stunning views and local flavors.
