Participation in the EPALE "Skills Development in Adulthood" Conference

On October 30, 2024, the National Office of Vocational Education and Adult Training organized the "Skills Development in Adulthood" professional conference under the framework of the EPALE project, where our colleagues actively participated. The event provided an opportunity for them to gain insights into the latest national and European trends in adult learning, as well as methods for developing digital skills.

Following the opening address by the President of the National Office of Vocational Education and Adult Training, participants engaged in various workshops and presentations covering topics such as:

• current trends in adult learning in Hungary,
• Erasmus+ programs related to adult learning,
• practices in micro-credentials,
• and opportunities for developing soft skills applicable in human services.

At the conference’s conclusion, awards for this year's EPALE content development competition were also presented.
