New supported Erasmus activities in the application period of 2021-2027

 
The prospectus prepared for applicants who submitted an application for the Erasmus accreditation by 29th of October 2020, revealed the eligible activities in the field of vocational education and school education for the 2021-2027 application period.
 
„We consider it important to emphasize that the described application possibilities may still change, the compilation was made based on internal working materials, the official application guide published by the European Commission will contain the final rules, which is expected in October 2020.” - can be read in the official prospectus published by the Tempus Public Foundation.


 
The application guide only confirmed the promises that in the field of vocational education, application could be submitted for the following activities, which include a number of (New) options that were unprecedented before 2021.
 

Supported activities – VOCATIONAL EDUCATION


STAFF MOBILITY:
  • Job shadowing (2-365 days)
  • Teaching or training assignments (2-365 days)
  • New: Courses and training (2-30 days)
The mobility activities have to be implemented abroad, in a program country. Those organizations who are in the possession of an Erasmus accreditation can also implement activities related to job shadowing or courses and training in partner countries.

VET LEARNER MOBILITY:
  • New: Participation in skills competition (1-10 days)
  • Short term learning mobility (10-89 days)
  • Long-term learning mobility (ErasmusPro) (90-365 days)
The mobility activities have to be implemented abroad, in a program country. Those organizations who are in the possession of an Erasmus accreditation can also send their participants for the listed activities.

OTHER SUPPORTED ACTIVITIES:
  • New: Invited experts (2-30 days) – only from program countries
  • New: Hosting teachers and educators in training - only from program countries
  • New: Preparatory visits – program and partner countries
Preparatory visits can be organized to program and partner countries as well. The invited experts and practicing teachers will be based at the headquarters of the applicant organization.

The activities have to be implemented abroad in a program country.

LEARNER MOBILITY:
  • New: Group mobility activity (2-30 days)
  • New: Short term learning mobility (10-29 days)
  • New: Long-term learning mobility (30-365 days)
The activities have to be implemented abroad in a program country.

OTHER SUPPORTED MOBILITIES:
  • New: Invited experts (2-30 days) – only from program countries
  • New: Hosting teachers and educators in training - only from program countries
  • New: Preparatory visits – only from program countries
The invited experts and practicing teachers will be based at the headquarters of the applicant organization.
