The event was opened by János Babai and András Gál, representing Konica Minolta Hungary, who introduced the participants to the world of digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence in the enterprise. In their presentation, they described the evolution of document management processes in detail, highlighting that for modern companies, artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer just an option, but also an indispensable tool for maintaining competitiveness. The speakers stressed that AI plays a key role, especially in the field of machine vision, which enables accurate and fast document processing, thus significantly increasing business efficiency. The integration of AI into business processes is not only a technological advance, but also a strategic advantage that will lay the foundations for companies' long-term success.



It went on to focus on the use of AI-driven solutions to automate and simplify enterprise operational processes. The practical benefits of these were presented, with a particular focus on areas such as finance, billing and dealing with large numbers of documents. Throughout the presentation, concrete examples were used to illustrate how time and costs can be saved while increasing the efficiency and accuracy of processes. The presenters highlighted that the use of AI can bring value to companies of all generations, as the technology continues to evolve and offer more and more opportunities to meet different business needs.

Gergely Vanczák, Board Member and Director of Trust Services at Microsec, presented the Scan&Sign system, which enables the authentic and sustainable digitisation of paper documents. The presentation covered the legal background of authentic electronic copying and how the system ensures the integrity and authenticity of documents. The presentation was followed by practical examples where participants were able to see the Scan&Sign system in action.

Petya Balogh, Managing Director of STRT Holding Nyrt., examined the development of artificial intelligence, its impact on our everyday lives and the changes it will have on individual sectors and professions. The rapid development of AI will bring significant changes not only from a technological point of view, but also at a social and economic level, and the use of new tools will enable companies that keep pace with the development to achieve higher productivity and become more competitive in the global market. The presentation also gave participants practical advice on how to integrate AI into their business strategies.

The programme was closed with a presentation of the winning IoT and AI solutions from the IOT LIVE SHOW 2024, followed by a presentation of AI solutions and IoT technologies, and the rest of the afternoon focused on networking.

The event was extremely informative and inspiring, providing participants with a wealth of practical examples and expert advice, contributing to the success of digital transformation and the application of AI in the day-to-day operations of companies.
