Our staff members participated in a one-week professional visit to Milan, Italy, as part of our Erasmus+ adult learning project (2023-2-HU01-KA122-ADU-000178811). The purpose of the visit was to learn about local best practices and foster experience-sharing for development.


Throughout the week, in collaboration with the organization Shall We Go, we familiarized ourselves with various educational and project management strategies applicable at different stages of adult education and youth training. We dedicated special attention to discussing quality assurance aspects in detail and identified future development opportunities. From the perspective of successful project management, we emphasized the importance of accurately profiling participants, which is essential for effective knowledge transfer.

As part of the program, we visited the Corte Milano and Meininger Hotel accommodations and met with students participating in ErasmusPRO mobility, who shared their experiences and proudly reported on their language improvement. We also gained insights into the operational practices at the Host's practical locations, with a special focus on the practical application of sustainability principles.

At the end of the week, we held a strategic workshop discussion to explore ways in which our company can enhance the successful engagement of young people in our training programs. This was followed by a cultural visit to discover Milan's history and heritage, including a tour of the famous Sforza Castle and Lake Como.

At the conclusion of the visit, our colleagues received participation certificates, recognizing their knowledge gained during the program and their commitment to development. This visit significantly contributes to our company's growth and the application of new methods and tools in future projects.
