Job-shadowing activity in Prague, Czech Republic

Two of our colleagues participated in a one-week job-shadowing mobility in Prague, Czech Republic, within the framework of our Erasmus+ Adult Learning grant (2025-1-HU01-KA122-ADU-000343279). The aim of the mobility was to gain insight and learn good practices in the processes of organizing local courses. They also got to know the Czech education system.

During the week, in cooperation with Synergy and EducaNet, they got to know different educational and project management strategies that can be applied in different stages of adult education. Special attention was paid to a detailed discussion of quality assurance aspects, and future development opportunities were also identified.

An important element of the week was a strategic meeting, where they jointly thought about how our company could expand its adult education opportunities and services.

In addition to the professional program, our colleagues also participated in cultural activities, during which they could learn about the history and attractions of Prague.

At the end of the visit, our colleagues received a certificate of participation, recognizing the knowledge they gained during the program and their commitment to development. This visit greatly contributes to the development of our company and the application of new methods and tools in future projects.
