In April, two of our colleagues attended an Erasmus+ training course organised by our Maltese partner Easy School of Languages. The focus of the one week-long training was on project management and planning: our colleagues not only gained useful knowledge, but also enjoyed a very friendly and personalised training.

Erasmus+ mobility offers the possibility to mobilise not only students but also trainers on a wide range of topics for the different applicant organisations. Gordius Learning Zrt. had the opportunity to mobilise its staff within the framework of an international cooperation (Strategic Partnership), also established with the help of the Erasmus+ programme. The training provided useful knowledge not only for the participants: after their return home, the colleagues will share the information and experience gained with their colleagues, which can have a positive impact on the operation of our company, putting many processes in a new perspective.

Our colleagues did not participate in the training as students in a traditional classroom-based course, as the sessions were highly interactive due to the small number of participants. They had the opportunity to discuss their personal ideas and to expand their ideas further.

At Gordius Learning, we are confident that a staff course or a professional visit will not only enhance the expertise and motivation of our colleagues, but will also have a positive impact on our company in the long term. By implementing the knowledge gained, we can establish European best practices that will continuously improve our company's operations and keep it at a European standard. We believe that continuous improvement and lifelong learning have a positive impact not only on individuals but also on communities.
