Our team member recently attended the international Erasmus+ training course titled “Developing Effective Communication Skills”, organized by Skupina Primera in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Together with participants from across Europe, they had the opportunity to deepen both their theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

The central theme of the multi-day training held in Ljubljana was Transactional Analysis (TA) and its practical application in the workplace. Throughout the course, participants explored the identification of ego states (Parent, Adult, Child) and gained a deeper understanding of the communication patterns arising from them.

The course hosted in the Slovenian capital provided not only theoretical foundations but also placed a strong emphasis on practical execution, featuring interactive role-plays, small-group case studies, and self-reflection exercises. By collaborating with participants from various European countries, our team member gained valuable international experience and best practices that bring a fresh perspective to our team's daily operations.
