Artificial Intelligence Course in Malta
The first mobility within our own successful adult education grant (2023-2-HU01-KA122-ADU-000178811) was realised, where one of our staff members travelled to Malta to participate in a training course based on artificial intelligence.

The primary objectives of the training were to maintain and update the knowledge of the company's employees in the field of artificial intelligence. We also sought solutions for developing and presenting our own adult learning topics, for which AI offers a number of opportunities.
The course lasted 7 days in total, during which our staff participated in 5 days of professional activities. During the training, he was mainly introduced to ChatGPT and similar AI tools (e.g. Perplexity, Julius, CoPilot, Gemini, etc.). These tools were tested in different topics to see which one is best suited for a given type of task. In addition to these, we were able to test AI tools for creating presentations, generating images, compressing technical material and even composing music tracks.
Finally, the training also provided an overview of the potential changes AI could bring to labour market trends, where it became clear that companies need to keep keep up with the ever-faster development of digital tools. This will mean continuous training of employees, which will become increasingly relevant.
