By the end of the training, participants will be able to:- Recognize different student and colleague personality types and adapt to them accordingly.
- Communicate assertively and manage conflicts within the school environment.
- Learn methods for stress management and burnout prevention, especially in the teaching profession.
- Maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Understand the psychological foundations of motivation and mental well-being, and apply them in their teaching practice.

Personality Types and Understanding People:Applying DISC and MBTI models to better understand students and colleagues
Recognizing typical and atypical behavior patterns (e.g. ADHD, autism spectrum)
Assertive Communication and Conflict Management:
Communication styles in the school environment
Managing conflicts among students, parents, and colleagues
Stress Management and Burnout Prevention:
Mental challenges of the teaching profession
Relaxation techniques, energy management, and self-reflection
Work-Life Balance:
Time management techniques (e.g., the 3x8=24 method)
Setting boundaries between the teaching role and personal life
Motivation and Mental Well-being:
Applying motivational theories (Maslow, Herzberg) in teaching
Sustaining intrinsic motivation in both students and teachers
